    Trustpilot?

    We have reviews been written by people we don’t know and TP keep posting them and will not reveal who they are it’s damaging our reputation and I know these are fake reviews

    If you raise a complaint with Trustpilot, they will ask the poster for more details, then you can respond accordingly.

    You can respond directly to posters comments. If they won't give contact details, you need to post a 'clear' statement.

    Trustpilot shouldn't be the 'make and break' of your business, product / service should be the substance of the business. Remove yourself from 'Trustpilot' for a period, tell them why.
