How do I make a SAR to the police

I have only ever had a speeding ticket and never been stopped by the police, is it worth making a SAR request for any malicious allegations against me? This is because for several months now, I have had them drive beside me each time my car is on the road among other incidents, but they have never stopped to talk to me! Also, can I make a SAR to multiple police forces having travelled and lived in other parts of the country or can I just use ACRO? How specific do I have to be when providing a reason for the SAR because their forms advise against asking for "all information held about me". Thanks.
