I need some guidance i have registered with 3 claims firms on a no win no fee basis for mis sold car finance ? I believe I should have not done his and only picked one .All 3 contacted me do their data base not highlight that a claim is in progress when searches are done on the cars finance record
I believe when i terminate 2 of these firms i am liable to pay costs incurred so far ? I have asked them to copy me terms and conditions I signed on registration
I would appreciate any views on this predicament i am in as i am not in the best of health ?
    Regards

    Hi GEOFFER558

    Welcome to LB

When you registered, did you receive Terms and Conditions and details regards cancelling the agreement? i.e. the cooling off period, instructions on how to cancel during the cooling off period etc.

Also, just because you are given Terms and Conditions, they may be 'unfair', only a Court can determine if they are 'fair or not'.
