This is believed to be event 1 of the now revealed 2700 justice miscarriages and the government need to be sued for perverting the course of justice and facilitating 2699 additional event including 4 suicides and 900 custodials and an ITV drama Mr Bates vs Post Office, How do i sue Blair cabinet S Yorks police Attorney General Home sec etc by relying on new evidence emanating from recently concluded Horizon enquiry ? First instance of perverted justice dated Sept 7th 1998 - S Y Police collusion 1999- 2004 with embarrassed counsel evidence offer as witness 1999 and Post Office legal headed up by Mandy Talbot famous for the 300k of taxpayer money to bankrupt the Will Mellor Character in Mr Bates -(Lee Castleton) - seeking to recover embarrassed counsel offered evidence without the need for corrupt police in S Yorks, Pro Bono court of appeal ?

The enquiry has not concluded. It will finish collecting evidence in two weeks time but then it will be who-knows-how-long before it publishes its final report.

This case has got huge publicity, 'every person and their dog' knows about it.

This is surely about approaching the 'right people' with the 'evidence', even if it's incomplete.

Example, this was all about Horizon, now concerns has been raised about the system before 'Horizon', called 'Capture'. I think it's a case of using the 'megaphone' in the right places i.e. MP's, media etc.

I don't understand the connection. There was no police involvement in Lee Castleton's case as it was a civil action brought in the High Court and Mandy Talbot was a civil lawyer.

Mandy Talbot is sooooo much more than a civil lawyer. She has an unrevealed source of 320k. Personally I'd remember the source of that but she can't. Police were involved in MY fit up which was a blueprint copycat process on Lee Castleton. Police involvement is covert Mates of Mandy so you won't know if Lee Castleton was joint enterprise but mine is documented FB Buskin Busman. Home sec at the time was a fully appraised David Blunkett whose constituency also hosted a post office at ground zero event 1. Far better it from me to suggest his silence was rewarded or indeed Alan Johnson CWU to Blair cabinet but my 21 years membership didn't get me an advocate for relentless fit ups pre dating Lee Castleton and Alan Bates.
