    Mortimer Clarke Solicitors - Notice of Discontinuance by way of service upon you

    Hi, not sure what to make of receiving a letter from MCS and a N279 - w 3 form that states:

    To the Court

    The Claimant discontinues all of this (claim) against the (defendant)

    Do I need to do anything now?

    Appreciate any advice please

    Make sure you get confirmation from the Court that it's been discontinued.
