Hi I'm looking for some advice. I've received a letter from gordon&Noble saying they are coming to my home for the purpose of executing an Attachment. The letter says I need to phone Nolans solicitors. Can anyone give me help on this. Thankyou

Hi I Had a credit card it vanquis in 2018. I owed about £1000. Couldn't afford payments so stopped paying it. Got letters from lowel over the years then cabot , nelsons solicitors and now grant and noble say they are coming to my home on Friday. I got sent court action letters months ago so I've got a ccj on the account now. Really not sure what to do. Do I contact nelsons solicitors?

So you believe you have a County Court Judgement against you.

What you can do is fill in an income and expenditure form, take into account the 'Cost of Living' crisis i.e. food, energy etc. So make a monthly payment towards the debt.

Give yourself some 'head room', send that to Nelson Solicitors. Explain your circumstances, health, etc.

That should head off, Grant and Nelson (never heard of them before) visiting.

        Amend the following template -

Make sure you get Proof of Postage.
