  • Sending payment under duress

My husband was in the process of getting partials with Dental Ass. He passed passed away June 7th. He never received them. I'm looking for a letter to send to the debt collectors along with the payment. Can anyone help me?

It must be difficult having to deal with this so soon after your husband's death but we will need more information before anyone can give advice.

Who is "Dental Ass"? Where are they located? What is their full name?

What has happened since your husband's death? Your thread title says payments have been made under duress. What does that mean?

Who are the debt collectors? How much much money are they asking for?

And the other important question, who is the Executor or Administrator of your late husband's estate?

If it is not you then they should be dealing with any alleged debts your husband had when he died.

        What is a partial?

Do the debt collectors know that your husband has died?
