  • Looking to carry out a Section 21, question about EPC presentation to tenant

Hi we're looking to carry out a section 21, before we start the process we want to ensure all the paperwork is correct. This question concerns the need to provide proof of presenting an EPC to the tenant. It was presented at the start of the tenancy but unfortunately we can find the tenants signature confirming receipt. The EPC was valid at the start of the tenancy, but has now run out. Can we simply download a copy and present it, either before or with the section 21? I know this is acceptable with 'How to Rent' literature, trying to find if the same applies to EPC?

    Thank you.
