We are in a new build property and the building company went into administration. The houses that weren't complete or started yet have been taken over by a new building company. When I was on their site looking at the house that were available, I noticed that they have a picture of my house on their site with my house number visible advertising it for sale. What legal rights do I have to ask them to remove this as my house should not been on their site as it is not for sale?

No rights that I can think of, but of course they cannot sell your house.
Have you asked them to use an image of another property?Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Just write to them (enclose a picture), stating that the house is yours and as such is not for sale and that implying that it is in their promotional sales material could land them in 'hot water' with Trading Standards and the Advertising Standards Authority for 'misleading' buyers.
