parking ticket

I got a parking ticket from LDK security group limited amount payable is 90 reduced to 45 if paid within 14 days. location at 2-4 Granville road Middlesbrough at 15:19 on 6th October 2024 received the letter yesterday on 22/10/24, with issue reason of failed to make and or validate payment (MNPR). Any ideas what to do to fight the appeal or to just pay it? Thanks in Advance

Without seeing the Parking Charge Notice & a legible copy of the signs it is difficult to advise.
so if you can post them up .......

However having looked on Google Earth it does seem that they have got the address wrong as their parking spaces are on the odd numbered side of the street.
2-4 Granville road seems to be occupied by Jayden House and it is difficult to see where one could park when ground is filled with large block of flats!
Probably have other errors in their parking notice.
