The court date was late 2021, of which I had no correspondence, then was notified of the outcome January 3 2022. £410 fine for littering. Contacted the court and gave a verbal account of which I signed for on the phone and was told they would get back to me. One year later 2023 i received correspondence from court bailiffs, so i got back to the court , now August 2024 and my case was refused to be reopened, this I found out by contacting the court as I had no correspondence about the outcome. So now I'm in the prosses of appealing the decision and feel I need help to justice. Also I found correspondence in my emails, when I specifically asked for by post and in the witnesses statements and charge sheet are different ( inside the car park from then witnesses but reads outside the car park on the charge sheet. I sure if I had my day in court I would be found not guilty
thanks Lee
