  • Is it possible to cancel a study loan agreement?

I signed a loan agreement for Gas and Plumbing and the total repayment is for 41months at £190/month. I started the course and have only made about 5 repayments to the loan. I currently feel financial pressure and wasn't sure what I got myself into until now. It is because it hasnt been 3years in the UK and people had told me thaf you will never get a study loan and whe i got accepted i couldnt believe it and was obscured to read the fine lines. I haven't taken any exam except for the TMAs. I think the technical college is legit but it is only me wanting to pull out of the agreement. How possible is this considering that I am now way beyond the 14 day cancellation period.

Please post here what the Agreement says about cancellation.
