    Hi, I'm in need of some advice please. A company called ACI have text me a couple of times about an old debt that I believe is statue barred, it is I think a credit card or catalogue debt. They have now sent a letter saying they intend visiting the property, I live with my partner and he doesn't know about this. Also I have recently paid all my debts and there is nothing on my credit file, any advice would be welcome.

    If you are sure it is statute barred send them our SB letter
