  • Kearns Solicitors - Letter of Claim

Hi, looking for guidance on the attached letter of claim from kearns regarding Tesco credit card please.

    I intend to reply
BOX C - I dont know whether I owe this debt.
BOX I - I need more documents or information

Are there any other docs or info I should request beside the list in BOX I ?

Am I right to reply to this letter or should I wait for any court forms ?

Many thanks for any guidance please

    Hello,

I received the same for 2 seprate debts. Is there a thread for this topic as the other thread references a letter of claim from the court which is different.

Please advise on what to respond to the solicitors and the exact list of documents to request regarding the debt. Also, kindly list the steps to take in this pre-legal action letter of claim process.

    Thank you.

Apologies, a bit late with this.

        Yes tick box C,

Yes tick box I, you want all the documents listed in I.

It's best to engage with them. You are disputing the debt, when and if they send documents, you need to make sure that they are compliant.
