    CBS Solicitors parking chargen no xxx car reg xxx Being 79 yearsold pensioner. Disabled with to many medical problems including depression and counciling Diagnosed with C.O.P.D 2 INHALERS my limit is 40 mtrs unfortunately having far to many appointments with both medical practices the machines don't take coins both bank cards won't activate tried website number of occasions but my age not really up with technology not refusing to pay don't no how please advise its all becoming a big worry for me thanks

    EXC ULA Would you be able edit the OP to delete his vehicle registration number and PCN number? As a a first time poster I'm not sure whether he is able to do it himself.

    Marbles20 we advise not to post details that could identify you in case the solicitors/parking company are reading this forum. Hopefully one of the experts will come by soon to advise.

      More details will be needed, i.e. what happened? where did it happened? Whose sent you letters etc?

      You may have mitigating circumstances, but more details are needed.
