Hi, I never received any documentation from Mortimer Clark or Cabot, despite this Cabot have taken to calling me daily, I don’t answer, and this morning I’ve had a letter from them saying they NEED to speak to me regarding this account and they’ll keep trying to contact me until I have a payment plan in place.
Are they allowed to do this despite the debt being unenforceable?

You could send the following letter, but write 'Without Prejudice' on the letter. Make sure you get Proof of Postage.
Before the following write 'alleged' 'debt is unreasonable and could be considered to be harassment.'
Add dates / times they've called you.
