Hi there, wondering if anyone can help with this?

A certain firm of solicitors has been doing work on my mothers last will and testament for three years now, probate having been granted in 2021. We are finally coming to a conclusion in the next couple of weeks but I believe they have facilitated the estate administrators failure in his fiduciary duty to the beneficiaries by allowing him to delay and lie about what is happening with the estate!

Whilst I think it would be a waste of time and money to take them to court over this, is there any way or anyone to whom I can complain rather than just giving them a bad review?

    Thanks in advance!

Who engaged the firm of solicitors?
What is your role in the probate are you an executor or just a beneficiary?
If you would like a one-to-one expert consultation with me on your employment issue than I can be contacted by emailing admin@legalbeaglesgroup.com

I do not provide advice by PM although I may on occasion ask you to send me documents this way but any related advice will be provided back on your thread.

I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.
If you have any doubts then do please seek professional legal advice.
