Pco application medical record

Hello good afternoon. I am messaging with regards to my PCO application and medical record. I have passed all my DBS and my medical record is fine just that the doctor have mentioned that I had drink and cannabis misuse I had mentioned that I drank and smoked weed at the time, but it was a passing comment which was taken out of context fast forward to today when doing my medical the doctor has put it down as Misuse. This was dated 2018- 2019. Although the doctor mentioned that I no longer use, would this affect me applying for my PCO. Just wondering if I could get some guidance on the situation as I know the application cost a lot and don't want to risk wasting time
