Hi legal beagles. I have received a parking charge notice when I was attending an emergency water leak call out for an elderly lady. I wonder if someone here could help I've read a few successes on her just now.
    regards

While you are waiting for advice here I recommend you also post your request on the Free Traffic Legal Advice forum Free Traffic Legal Advice - Index (ftla.uk) [not connected with LegalBeagles]. They specialise in parking and traffic related legal issues, we're rather more general here. If your PCN is from the Council post in the Civil Penalty Charge Notices section of FTLA,, if it is from a private parking company in the Private Parking Tickets section.

Best not to post your real name online
All opinions expressed are based on my personal experience. I am not a lawyer and do not hold any legal qualifications.

If you received a "PARKING CHARGE NOTICE" please post up a redacted copy hee.
If it was a "PENALTY CHARGE NOTICE" suggest you post on Ftla site as advised by PallasAthena
