I'm looking to send in a harassment injunction as I have had a stalker for a while. Broad description: death threats, following me around physically, third party contact, steals the post, other stuff.
I notice there are two rubrics on the N16a form. it's not clear what the difference is, i.e. what does a legally trained person put in the "Defendant must" and the "Defendant must be forbidden" categories. What are items I should not list so that the court doesn't have the easiest time thrashing it out, i.e. what are standard items to be listed here.
For instance I don't want to be contacted by any means, I imagine I can put that in the "Defendant must be forbidden" category.
Additional issues: I don't know for sure who is doing this to me. Can I mention this in the "Defendant's name and ref" and the "this application is served upon" categories, i.e. can I put down that I want all criminal behavior done against me that follows a specific pattern to be covered by the injunction? The person that I think is doing it may not be the person that is doing it.
Additional issue: if there's a likelihood that the person that is doing this to me is the same person that already has a stalking protection order against me, do I automatically breach the SPO by filing for an injunction?
