  • Multi track money claim - disposal of assets

I have an ongoing money claim for over 300k. The defendant is a litigate in person and to date the individual has disregarded most court orders and directions. I have now learnt that they are attempting to dispose of assets - property and land - to family members. This may have already happened. How will this affect my claim in the pending trial. As a pensioner, I have literally lost everything, including my home, due to this individual.

Many thanks for your prompt response, I will take immediate action to this effect. However, am I able to do anything about assets that have already been transfered?
