    I am getting letters from AOL who claim that I owe them over £70 and are threatening me with their debt collection agency if I don't pay within 10 days even 'though I cancelled their service last December.

    I can't get through to their Billing Dept as the lines are constantly engaged. Does anyone know how to get through to someone in that organisation who has proper authority to act in these matters?

    Thanks in hopeful anticipation
