Can someone please tell me what the law says about taking photos of someone's home and then posting it online, in order to get others to all look into that home as a way of harassing them? Someone recently took a photo of my property - the window, in fact - from a slow-moving vehicle and then the following days I had everyone going by and looking in. This person is someone I do not know, but who lives in my neighbourhood, and I have received harassment from those who live near him for a long time. I have suspected for some time that someone is posting things online about me to cause harassment and I may have found the culprit. The Police are not interested in photos of those who I have managed to get pictures of. I have also read of incidents in America where this sort of thing is done as a prank. The property is photographed and put online advertised as for sale or rent. Is this a trend happening here? Any advice welcome, please.
