  • Breach of court orders by defendant

Hi defendant are in breach of 2 court orders
First : they send me documents for inspection which were not in their form n265.
should be submitted by 1st of July.
2nd:witnesses statements according to court order should be submitted by 18th of august.they haven’t submitted.
question : what are my options? Should I inform the court that defendant are in breach of court orders?if yes how ? Should I just send emails to court that defendant are in breach of courts order ?
final trial date is 24th of January 2024.
    Any help will be appreciated

To which track has the claim been allocated?
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf
