Financial control?

Would you consider my ex's actions as financial control. Over the years he has had at least three attempts to my knowledge at asking the court to discharge the order. At the last hearing he walked away with just about half the money I was receiving..To my mind this is financial control. I have applied to the court to have the Order overturned. I have practically hit rock bottom. Any views on this.I want to put this to the court. Any advice on this would be appreciated. Rosie500
