I have problem regarding RBS Advanta Card from 2003-2007.
In Oct 2003 my balance was ZERO and then in Feb 2007 a debit of £4000 appx was put onto the account. After dealing with fraud dept at RBS who say that as far as they are concerned it is an internal error, I have now had a letter from Regal Credit threatening me with court action/ Field Collector to visit me at home to collect the amount I have never had.

What have RBS said with regards to investigating this internal error?

Give me two secs and I will get help on getting rid of Regal Credit.

Hi Nattie,
RBS have said they will put any proceddings on hold for two weeks, I wrote to them last week recorded delivery and I am waiting for reply from them, which I am informed may take about one week
