  • Landgrab on my shared driveway

    Hello I'm John
and I live in Scotland, ourselves and my neighbour's next door are in a shared/driveway dispute and it has become rather accrimonious
I honestly thought that this matter would have been resolved within weeks, mainly because of
my neighbour's attitude from day one for 22 years 1999 to 2021 we lived together next door to one and other in a reasonable atmosphere in our semi-detached houses one or two differences but nothing serious anyway on a day 20/04/21 after a discussion about tree trimming in which I offered to help
my neighbour she phoned the property
management office and managed to get the
tree work stopped this trimming work only involved high trees behind our boundary fence
and I had previously told the tree trimmer not to do any work behind my neighbour's land
anyway that same night my neighbour decided
to park right in the middle of the shared driveway causing us to move our car over as for my wife to alight from our car, after a week of this continued nuisance went to her door asking that return to her allotted flagstones provided by the builders and according to
our deeds she is in breach of them by causing
a nuisance which the deed burdens clearly state subsequently they monoblocked the driveway giving a day's notice and believe it or not after
two different solicitors letters (they refused meditation) they are still there after 3 years in the same position it is only the woman of the house that uses the drive her husband told us that they tore our lawyers letters up and binned them, that night we went to our neighbour's door
she told us that we where on her land but the driveway disposition states it's they that are on ours what I'm now looking for is a solicitor that
is in the Glasgow area tha knows deed Burdens
    Regards John
