Suspended sentence

Looking for help my brother has been convicted and given 4-month prison sentence suspended for 2 years
In France . He's a British citizen with French residency
We want him to return to the UK
Does anyone know if this suspended sentence can be transferred to the UK as he is struggling to survive in a remote area and we are worried about his mental health
