If someone parked in pure gym carpark controlled by horizon and for some reason when entering number plate still received fines for parking over a certain time. They have evidence from puregym of being in that gym at those specific times. Now the debt collectors are threatening, should thet just let it be or do something about this

So the gym can't have it cancelled themselves as it is private land and not theirs. The case has been passed onto debt recovery plus and they are threatening credit score etc.
" previously we treated your lack of response as an oversight. Now if you do not call this number, we will treat it as an active choice. You have lost the right to appeal by not responding sooner. This is in the letter from debt recovery plus

There is evidence for each time of actual use of the gym. It didn't just happen once but a few times. But due to others not acknowledging these letters over a year ago. They wouldn't know if is a good idea to put details forward n appeal

Can't remember seeing Horizon previously, but are old acquaintances with toothless Debt Recovery Plus.
They are debt collectors who work only for parking companies.
Their problem is that if you ignore them they can't do anything other than refer the case back to the parking company, who may or may not initiate a court claim
They cannot affect your credit records or anything else

If you can post up a photo of the parking signs and a redacted copy of the PCN (leave in all dates & times) we can advise if the parking company have a good case
