  • Urgent Appeal Against Unjust Traffic Penalty and Debt Recovery Notice

I was in the process of reversing my car to turn right and was momentarily next to the yellow box for approximately 6 seconds. During this time, an incoming vehicle approached, and I had to yield to it before driving away. At no point was my vehicle fully stopped within the yellow box. I was mindful of the traffic regulations and took care to avoid obstructing the yellow box area. I believe that this brief and necessary maneuver does not constitute a violation of the traffic rules. Instead, I have now been contacted by a debt recovery agency, which has exacerbated my stress and anxiety.I respectfully requested them to review my case with urgency and consider the context in which the alleged violation occurred but no response.am now seeking your guidance on how to proceed with my appeal, especially since I have not received any responses to my previous appeals and do not have a PIN number to reference for further action.

I recommend you post this question on the Free Traffic Legal Forum (not connected to this site) as they specialise in advising on traffic contraventions and are very knowledgeable about this.

Just a general comment, box junction offences do not require your whole car to be in box junction. Just a small part of your car can be sufficent for the offence. And when you say PIN number do you mean PCN number? (Penalty Charge Notice)
All opinions expressed are based on my personal experience. I am not a lawyer and do not hold any legal qualifications.
