  • Easements Questions

    I currently live in a housing association property which has a drive and easement which allows access from a certain point in the garden. Both properties are owned by the housing association and i wanted to know when i put into buy my property can i also request to by the easement also? & have sole use of the easement?

    Easements generally run with the land, so this should reassure you.

    But when you come to buy, make sure that your solicitor knows how important this is to you.
