Court claim papers issued

Hi there, looking for help and advice please for CCJ Response Pack issued for an old credit card debt. Have confirmed it is legit with the court as the paperwork looked photcopied. Last payment made was September 2018 and they have sent through a "statement" showing payments made before then. They have not provided a signed agreement and wondered if this would be enforceable without this paperwork? Thank you.
