bought a car and it was not fit for purpose and i got a refund on my credit card, the card i used to pay for the car now i have a problem the car is not drivable it has been sitting in a field at my mechanics garage for one year i have contacted the garage who sold it to me every way ican but i draw a blank every time , last week a srecorded delivery iving them 14 days to come and collect the car or i would ddispose of it myself nothing now next problem write to the dvla for advice apparrently they have no car registered in my name and i was never given a log book but i do have the v5 one page s, the dvla suggested i scrap it , well ok but legally its not mine to scrap is it?? all advice would be greatly appreciated
