  • PRA Group - Court Action

I am currently overseas. PRA Group issued a claim against me recently, I found out prior to them entering a judgement by default and requested a copy of the signed credit agreement, they confirmed in email that they did not have this and would request it from the original creditor. They sent me an email and said I had until the 23rd to reply to the claim and apply for mediation, I emailed them some days later explaining that I was unable to access the court system as I didn't have the information could they provide it to me, they then prior to the date stated 23rd issue a judgement by default and said I am too late.

I have emailed them asking the to confirm why they issued proceeding without the signed credit agreement that I had formally requested in writing. They state they have followed procedures which of course they would.

Is there anything I can do apart from getting the judgement set aside. As I clearly didn't couldn't have received the claim

Thank you in advanced for your assistance
