Recovery company

Afternoon
is it possible to take legal action against a recovery company who sends bailiffs to your door, after acknowledging, via email, that they accept the person they actually want doesn’t live at the premises?

The bailiffs company should have a complaints procedure on their website, make a complaint, provide evidence, you should be compensated for the harassment suffered.
