Property management team email response- Your application has now been reviewed by the Freeholder and we can confirm their fee for considering the possible granting of consent is £200.00.
Is this reasonable? I have 963 years and now consider quote to buy, again charging a fee for the initial work involved is £144.00 including VAT. fee is non-refundable.
I have used online calculators HPI valuation £204,924.11. 963years left on lease, £40
ground rent, 100% relativity, value of freehold £38,520, yield rate 6% and reversion rate 5%. final costs £667. - is this likely?
But then read this article stating it should be cheaper on 24th July 2024, problems | ve started the whole process January and aimed to be built by May!
