I am having to re-mortgage my property after my original mortgage has come to an end (interest only).
I have all the info I need to re-mortgage and clear all the charging orders and restrictions on my file listed at the Land Registry, except for one debt.
I can get no sense at all from anyone as regards to the amount I need to clear a restriction in place by Barclays T/A Monument.
The order was granted in 2007. I initially went to Eversheds, who now state it went back to Barclays. I just want to clear the interim order in full, so I can get the new mortgage application over the line.
Three month's on, and it's going nowhere. The new mortgage company won't grant the new Mortgage until they have the amount owed on the restriction, which I get entirely.
Please can someone help me with this, as its driving me crazy.
I have the restriction in full from the Land registry but even they can't help? All I want to do is pay the damn thing
