Company transferring assets to avoid my civil case outcome

I have a £10,000 small claims case pending against a Ltd company for gross negligence. I’ve heard they have transferred the business to another entity to deliberately avoid a probable CCJ being made against the company. What can I do?

Have you any way of finding out if the company is insured in respect of your claim? If not, and if it is divesting its assets, the theoretical courses of action available to you will in practice get you nowhere.
