My ex wants to stop paying pension sharing!

I have now lodged a complaint with the Court, this procedure takes 15 working days. Next Friday will be the fifteenth working day. My financial situation is getting dire to say the least. I am going to email the court and state that the old order needs to be reinstated, I cannot manage now. I hope the Court bans my ex from making any further applications. I will.be interested to learn of their findings. Thanks Rosie500
