    Hi just had a fine for £100 saying overdue fine, the first one was not received, the driver pulled into petrol pump got out, then drove away, plus wrong date on fine letter. Any help please

    It is not a fine but an invoice for an allegedly unpaid parking charge.

    Please post up a copy of the Parking Charge Notice. (first removing your name & address, car reg number)
    Best to upload to a hosting site and posting link here.

    Do not identify the driver, even on here.
    I'm asking admin ( ULA or EXC please) to edit your first post.
