There is a code 52 contravention PCN notice after 30 days of the fault

Is there a way to avoid the contravention below, this was done after 30 days of the fault
52 Failing to comply with a sign indicating a prohibition on certain types of vehicles

As this refers to a Penalty Charge notice suggest you post on "Free Traffic Legal Advice" at https://www.ftla.uk/.
They are the experts on those charges
