  • Case struck out

My civil case (circuit court Ireland) was struck out for lack of merits and more. Now my question is should I appeal or start a new case.
    1. begin a new case in hight court (costly)
    2. Appeal decision by circuit court (level)
Or 3. Appeal to the high court (Ireland)
The case is based on probate misidentified deceased
    And wrongful inclusion of assets.
Which I the plaintiff taking the case.
I am also seeking legal advice but find barriers

    Hi Citizen Mad

    Welcome to LB

You really need to seek some legal advice, see if you can find a Law Centre near you.

    (2) new case would be an 'abuse of process' because you can (1) Appeal the decision.

Your problem is 'struck out for lack of merits and more', you (1) Appeal could fail because of that.

    1. begin a new case in hight court (costly)
    2. Appeal decision by circuit court (level)
Or 3. Appeal to the high court (Ireland)
