I am still making monthly payments. So as I mentioned in my first post to you re this, the debt has been since 2005 and has bee passed from Robinson Way then to Hoist before Lowell recently took over. I have been doing some googling/research and I'm wondering if this relates to a Global Substitution Order that was undertaken buy Hoist in 2019/2020. If this is the case then not sure where I would stand re this, I would welcome your thoughts/thinking on this

Hi following on from my post above, I have now contacted the two solicitors that are in the letter I have. Hc&co solicitors passed me on to Overdales Solicitors (who took portfolio over from hc &co) after doing a search using the letter reference, claim number and my address they could not find documentation relating to me at all. I contacted BlakeMorgan solicitors who did a similar search and they were unable to find any information on this either. What Overdales did tell me was that they recognised the reference number as a Lowell reference and suggested I contacted them. But as we know I have already done that. So I have exhausted my search and still not come up with nay evidence of a CCJ other than the hc&co solicitor letter. Im beginning to wonder if this is fraudulent letter from Lowell. I would be really grateful if you could take a look at my last post and this and let me know what you think.
