    This question came up in the discussion. Mother is registered as the property owner, leaves a will, and the property will be left to her son, the Father is still alive, the question is, would the property then revert ownership to the Father,

    The mother is the legal owner. The father is the beneficial owner, probably with equitable interest. Following the mother's death her son would become the legal owner but would not be entitled to evict the father

      I am not sure that is correct, at least on the very limited information given. More details would help.

      Mother ought to check her will to ensure that there is no doubt about her intentions, particularly if she predeceases Father.
