  • CCA agreements

I have just written letters to Capquest PRA and Intrum requesting my original CCA agreement. Two have replied and said they are passing it on to the relevant dept. PRA have replied and said they are putting the accounts on hold and they also say that they should provide me with a copy of the original credit agreement., but if this is not available they should provide me with a reconstituted copy which doesn't have to be the actual agreement I signed. This paperwork should tell me what my original agreement was and if there were any changes made later, it should include my name and address at the time I first signed but it doesn't have to include my signature or the date it was signed and also should include statements about my rights that were in the agreement I signed.
Can they still enforce payment on these ground?

    Hi JEEFERS

    Welcome to LB

You need to provide more details i.e, dates various accounts were opened, defaulted etc. Summary format would be good.

They need to provide a True copy, they can't reconstitute an agreement because of the dates you've stated.
Update when you get all the requested documents or letters.

Thank you. Ive just received 3 letters this morning saying they cant find original agreements and the debt is unenforceable.

            Well Done,

You can stop payments until such tome that they can provide the requested documents.
