discrimination over compensation claim due to advance gum desease,

Having lost two teeth in an accident, a dental expert"s report stated there was a
50% chanve i would have lost them in the next decade because of pre existing dental desease: now i will receive only compensation for losing one tooth|
How can I challenge such a discriminatory report ? Can anyone help please ?

You would need an expert witness / report to find that is not the case. I doubt the expert report takes into considerations future advancements in gum care over the next 10 years. You would have consider expert report costs.
