  • Barclays and Zedra fees charged for execution of will

Hi! I'm trying to find out what charge Barclays Bank Trust Company Ltd would have made for a Will they are the Executors of, that was signed in October 1996, and has subsequently been taken over by Zedra. Would the fees at the time of the will being written still apply or do Zedra have a right to charge whatever their fees are now; the deceased passed away in May 2022. Thanks!

This may be a silly question, but have you asked them what they have charged and on what basis?

Yes, but they are being rather vague with supplying any costs, its a complicated estate and its like trying to get blood out of a stone, can't even get them to confirm the value of the estate at this time, they keep procrastinating
