Could someone help me please? If a Parish Clerk posts an anonymous negative letter from a parishioner about me on the parish council website is this legal?

Anything the parish council publishes about you on its website could be defamatory. But just because it could be defamatory doesn't mean it is. Yes very much identifiable by the letter, which the Parish Clerk has published without any reference to me or a right to respond. It has been published in the Newsletter on the Parish Website under the auspice of free speech.Comment
