  • Marstons

Hi . I have worked in partnership with marstons (I am a sole trader, known as a retailer). I have no issues with my stock or cash until recently.
one of my last stocks was 5k down apparently so my parents and I scrutinised my stock result and my delivery notes and found things on there I have never even stocked and also mistakes made by the stock taker. When we confronted my A.o.m he could see the issues we had found but still I was made to pay back the losses. Recently I have had safe deficits which I explained are untrue. A.o.m said its staff theft this is impossible because my tills are always correct and no1 has access to my safe apart from myself. My partner and son or daughter double check all cash counted so we rule out mis counts, we all get the same and low and behold the system wants more money than we have. My health is suffering, im having panic attacks , due to this because marstons aren't interested in facts just charging me the money which I know is not missing. Is there anything I can do. Since August they have had 3k off me

    Hi CANDY321

    Welcome to LB

When you get deliveries do you not check what has been delivered?

A physical tick against the item on the delivery note.

Do you check it personally or leave it to somebody else?

Have an 'glitches' on the system been reported?
