  • Attachment of Earnings order unemployed

Hi all I’ve rcvd an AEO in the post for £4641, which unfortunately was debt I simply forgot to challenge with original creditor!

I have N55 & N56 form to be completed however I’m on benefits at present as my life has changed drastically over last couple of years!

I currently receive Universal Credit with the LCWRA element & I also receive both elements of PIP at standard rate.

Do I need to inform them of how much money I receive or simply state that I’m on benefits? as it’s asking for incoming money, expenses etc and the amount I receive.

Section 10 on N56 form is Offer of payment - do I need to complete this and what should offer if so?

Is there a minimum payment I can offer?!

very frustrated with myself as this debt would have been statute barred as of August 2024, unfortunately my mental health has not been good for a while now and instead of trying to challenge it like I have other debts in the past I’ve buried my head in sand and tried to ignore it!
